| TIMOTHY FLINN
Mr. Flinn was born and raised in New Bedford, MA, graduating from Bishop Stang High School. After high school, Mr. Flinn moved to New Orleans, LA to attend Tulane University, graduating with a double major in History and Political Science. While in college, Mr. Flinn worked on several political campaigns and served as a congressional intern.
Mr. Flinn moved to Miami to attend the University of Miami School of Law where he earned the degree of Juris Doctor, cum laude. During law school, Mr. Flinn completed the Litigation Skills Program and received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for his outstanding performance in Evidence. In the final year of law school, Mr. Flinn participated in the University of Miami Bankruptcy Clinic, where he provided much needed legal assistance to underprivileged individuals.
Mr. Flinn is a member of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Flinn is a litigation associate at ACOSTA focusing primarily in the defense of First Party property damage cases.
