| NICOLE PANICO
Nicole Francesca Panico was born outside of Pittsburgh, PA and graduated cum laude from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA with a B.A. in English and Spanish. Nicole was the recipient of the Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity Scholarship for all four years of her studies. While at Bucknell, Nicole took advantage of the university’s liberal arts academia and spent approximately six months studying abroad in Madrid, Spain. Upon graduation from Bucknell, Nicole moved to Manhattan, where she worked in publishing for Lectorum Publications, a subsidiary of Scholastic Inc., which publishes and distributes multicultural childrens’ books. Nicole then pursued her Master’s Degree in Spanish Literature at Columbia University, in New York. She earned her M.A. in one year and then decided that she would focus her efforts on law school. Nicole graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, in Pittsburgh, PA, and subsequently moved to Miami where she became a member of the Florida Bar. Nicole began her legal practice in Immigration Law, working in both the private and public interest sectors. Approximately six years later, she opened her own Immigration Law Practice. After several years experience and success litigating on behalf of immigrants, Nicole decided to shift her focus to civil litigation. She began working as the In-House Associate Legal Counsel for a private Florida insurance company, where she practiced first-party insurance defense. Her reputation for results prompted the ACOSTA firm to bring her on board. Her focus is mainly on first-party property litigation. Nicole is fluent in Spanish and also is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida.
