Kelly L. Ferron

Kelly L. Ferron was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, double-majoring in Legal Studies and Psychology.  While attending college, Ms. Ferron led the University of Wisconsin Women’s Sailing Team to two Midwest Collegiate Sailing Association Championships, and was also a member of Gamma Phi Beta.  Always dedicated to her studies, Ms. Ferron graduated a year early from the University of Wisconsin, and migrated down to Naples, Florida.

In Naples, Ms. Ferron first developed her passion for litigation by working as a Clerk for the Collier County State Attorney’s Office.  Thereafter, she began her law school education at the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity and participated in the Wrongful Convictions Project.  Also during law school, Ms. Ferron completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Litigation Skills Programs I and II, and volunteered as a Certified Legal Intern at Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, where she was able to handle both adult felony and juvenile criminal cases, and further develop her litigation skills. 

After graduating, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Ms. Ferron was invited to join ACOSTA as an associate in the General Liability department.
