Immediately upon receipt of a claim file, we provide you with a comprehensive initial evaluation. This initial evaluation includes our opinion as to liability, damages, and potential exposure. Following, we provide you with regular status reports, expeditiously informing you of any changes in the value of the case. If by chance there are any changes in our opinion with regard to the value, we will provide detailed information explaining same. All of this will be done well before trial.
